CABON System starting kit

Includes: 
• 1 "CABON" central unit 
Digital and easy to use, it allows the use of up to four pneumatic rotators. 
Features: 4 control buttons; 1 for each rotator, therefore by group of approximately 35 openings,  for example, 5 7-space yoke panels or 4 8-space yoke panels. For a greater requirement, extra units will be installed and linked together. 
Programming: a time delay can be programmed directly in the unit to manage the opening and closing durations for all the headlocks and their opening time. Adjustment by one minute per short pulse and per five minutes per long pulse. 
Safety: in the event of an unexpected power cut, the CABON system is programmed to open all the headlocks. 
The CABON central unit is delivered with: 
- 1 pneumatic tube - Length 100 m - Ø 8 mm, 
- 4 cables Length 5 m R1 R2, R3, and R4 to link the rotators to the M12 cable, 
- 1 pneumatic valve, 
- 1 Ø 8 mm T-connections, 
- 2 pneumatic T-connections (Ø 8 mm and Ø10 mm) to connect to the structure. 
• 1 rotator 
Operates by air cylinder (pressure 4-6 bar) protected in a metal casing. Mechanism adaptable at any time on the control bar and on any brand of headlock (via 1 adaptation kit). Fastening in the headlock’s pin with no obstructing protuberance for the structure and protected from the cattle. Count one rotator for approximately 35 openings (variable depending on the quality of mounting). 
The rotator is delivered with: 
- 1 M12 electric cable - Length 25 m, 
- 1 Y distributor, 
- 1 stainless steel hook and headlock handle locking screws, 
- 1 Ø 8 mm T-connection.
