Extension HYGIENE PRO HDPE calf box with fixed PE partitions

HYGIENE PRO HDPE calf boxes designed to optimise hygiene by improving cleaning and disinfection. All the components of these calf boxes are designed to fit together to form robust, modular units. They are extremely easy to install. Their modularity means individual boxes can be created in rows or back-to-back. They have very robust side and rear partitions made of one-piece rotomoulded,high-density polyethylene resin which are hermetically sealed against dirt for optimum hygiene and animal welfare.
They can be dismantled in the blink of an eye thanks to their assembly using pins to improve cleaning and disinfection operations. They are easy to store out of season.

They consist of:
- A 2/3-1/3 gate front fitted with an easy-to-use "MVE" vertical locking system. Front with 2 retractable bucket holders 28 cm in diameter, adjustable hinges and sheet metal base. It can be fitted with headlock bars,
- HDPE side partitions delivered with pins, designed to prevent contact between calves below 900 mm from the ground, in accordance with European regulations and advice from the Chamber of Agriculture.

As an option, they can be fitted with a choice of a rear panel, either a galvanised gate for HYGIENE PRO SM calf pens or a galvanised gate or HDPE panel for HYGIENE PRO LM calf pens.

These calf boxes are designed for rearing calves up to 2 months old indoors and can be used as double calf boxes by removing every other intermediate partition and adding the "connection kit for 2 HDPE boxes without intermediate partition" option.

- 1 one-piece rotomoulded HDPE partition,
