HYGIENE PRO LM calf pen with movable PE partitions

Calf pens designed to optimise hygiene, by improving cleaning and disinfection. All the components of these pens are designed to fit together to form a robust, modular unit. Their modular design means that individual pens can be created in rows and converted into group calf pens at any time. They feature one-piece rotomoulded High Density Polyethylene partitions which are hermetically sealed against dirt and can be dismantled in the blink of an eye to improve cleaning and disinfection operations.

They consist of:
- Front and rear galvanised posts on base plates to be fixed to the floor into which the PE side partitions slide and to which the SM or LM front panels with two head spaces and PE rear gate or rear panel are fixed,
- An SM or LM 2/3-1/3 front panel fitted with an easy-to-use "MVE" locking system with a vertical mechanism. Front with 2 retractable bucket holders 28 cm in diameter, adjustable hinges and sheet metal base. As an option, it can be fitted with headlock bars,
- One-piece hermetically sealed HDPE side partitions with smooth walls for optimum cleaning. They are sliding, very robust, rot-proof, resistant to disinfectants, frostproof and UV-stabilised. These partitions are designed to prevent contact between calves below 900 mm from the ground, in accordance with European regulations and advice from the Chamber of Agriculture.

As an option, they can be fitted with a choice of a rear panel, either a galvanised gate for HYGIENE PRO SM calf pens or a galvanised gate or HDPE panel for HYGIENE PRO LM calf pens. A non-slip slatted floor can be added at any time to complete the assembly.

They are designed for rearing calves up to 2 months old indoors, and come in two width versions with specific fronts.

It consists of:
- 2 one-piece rotomoulded HDPE partitions,
- 4 galvanised metal posts on base plates, open in the centre to slide in the removable partitions and make them easier to slide,
- 1 2/3-1/3 front panel fitted with "MVE" vertical locking system.
