HYGIENE PRO - HDPE wheeled calf box - Model Single

Premium quality, with internal dimensions width 1105 mm x length 1678 mm x height 1352mm, these wheeled calf boxes are extremely well equipped as standard. They are designed for rearing calves up to 2 months old, both indoors and outdoors, thanks to their optional cover with adjustable rack-and-pinion opening system.
They are easy to move, with fixed wheels at the rear and retractable handles at the front, and can be fitted with swivel wheels at the front. They are also available in a DUO model for optimum handling. They can also be moved by lifting equipment.

They consist of:
- a hot-dip galvanised metal frame and posts,
- a 2/3-1/3 front panel with two head spaces fitted with an easy-to-use "MVE" vertical locking system. Front with 2 retractable bucket holders 28 cm in diameter, adjustable hinges and sheet metal base. Front can be fitted with headlock bars,
- 2 side partitions and a rear panel made of one-piece hermetically sealed HDPE resin with smooth walls for optimum cleaning. They are rot-proof, resistant to disinfectants, frostproof and UV-stabilised. One-piece rotomoulded High Density Polyethylene partitions hermetically sealed against dirt.
Partitions to prevent contact between calves below 900 mm from the ground, in accordance with European regulations and advice from the Chamber of Agriculture.
- a fixed non-slip slatted floor made of synthetic material pre-equipped to be fitted to tilt the floor thanks to the optional automatic tilting mechanism,
- 2 fixed wheels Ø160 mm at the rear and 2 handles at the front for transport.

HYGIENE PRO wheeled calf stall with a surface area of 1.73 m².
The single model consists of:

- 1 2/3-1/3 front panel fitted with the "MVE" vertical locking system,
- 1 fixed non-slip synthetic slatted floor,
- 2 fixed 160 mm diameter rear wheels with roller bearings and front transport handles.
