Finger gates were designed to organise the movement of dairy cows without them being to turn back. They are commonly used at the entrance and exit of milking parlours or milking machines.
For custom structures:
- allow 248 mm of space per finger gate,
- allow a maximum of 205 mm between the finger gate and the end of the structure,
- ideally, mount the structure at a height allowing a maximum clearance of 1,033 mm under the gate for dairy cows, high mounting can optimise anti-backing according to the morphology and age of the animals.
Designed to be mounted on a square 100 mm beam.
Features:
- 1 finger-shaped mechanical tube, length: 945 mm. Ø 48.3 mm, inserted in a sleeve, Ø 60.3 mm, thickness 5 mm, height 180 mm.
Finger gate ends narrowed to avoid injury.
- 1 square 100 mm U-bolt for fastening on a square 100 mm beam.
